Q: Where does the visit happen?
A: Appointments with the doctor happen on a secure audio video live interaction from your laptop, computer or smartphone. Some health concerns may require an in-person house call with a doctor. If you are unsure of whether or not your condition is treatable via video chat, please refer to Conditions Treated on the Home page.
Q: Where are the services available?
A: Our virtual doctor visits are available to anyone physically located in the U.S. Virgin Islands, including St. John, St. Thomas, and St. Croix.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: An online medical visit is $90. This includes a history of your current medical complaint with review of systems, past medical history, your current medications, any known allergies to medications, and concludes with a thorough explanation of your diagnosis and detailed discharge instructions. If prescription medication is needed to get you well again I will call it in to your local pharmacy in the Virgin Islands.
A House Call visit is $250. Some medical conditions require an in person visit such as a laceration repair, an injury or more detailed examination. If you need a House call email me at info@thedoctorshere.com and I will get back to you. There is an addition travel charge for St Thomas of $100 and $400 for St Croix. Test such as Flu or covid is additional. Laceration repairs and splinting are an additional $100 for medical supplies.
